Meet Your Teachers: Peter Anderson, ISHC, MSP & Lori Vargas, MBA, CPA, Health Coach


Peter Anderson is a principal at Anderson and Associates, a consulting firm that focuses on spa and wellness programming utilizing market analysis, financial and economic evaluations by monitoring wellness, hospitality, and tourism trends. Peter holds a Bachelor's of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters of Hotel Administration from Cornell University. He has been an active member of the International Society of Hospitality Consultants since 2001 and a faculty member of the Collins College of Hospitality management since 2003. 

Lori Vargas is founder of 360 Wellness Education, offering well-rounded wellness advanced education, with over 20 years in the spa sector as founder of multiple spas, creator of a massage school, and as a spa consultant. She has spent 14 years with Fortune 500 corporations focusing on corporate strategy and business development, is a CPA, and earned an MBA from The University of Chicago. Lori has assisted spas and resorts find solutions for spa business development and financial growth. Entrepreneur, Author, Adjunct Professor for Spa Management, Consultant, Ironman Triathlete, and Proud Mom. PEACE!

As with all continuing education, it is understood that the wellness provider is responsible for verifying that information provided in courses is within the wellness provider’s state and/or local scope of practice as defined by law.
